WiseWebmail brings eligible cPanel mailboxes into WISECP so customers can work with their email alongside their hosting services. Connect a mailbox to read messages, compose replies and manage folders through a consistent interface.

Notifications across the portal
Version 1.4.1 checks eligible saved mailboxes approximately every 30 seconds while the customer portal is open. Sound requires a user interaction and depends on browser permissions and restrictions.
The ZIP contains the addon files for installation by your WISECP administrator. Configure your own licence and mail settings after installation; no development credentials are included.
- Back up your WISECP installation and test the addon in a staging environment.
- Extract the ZIP so the WiseWebmail folder is placed under
coremio/modules/Addons/. - Activate WiseWebmail from the administrator addon settings and enter your licence details.
- Review cPanel eligibility, IMAP/SMTP settings, attachment limits and notification options.
- Sign in as a customer with an active eligible hosting service and connect a mailbox using its own credentials.
- Test receiving, sending, drafts, attachments and folder actions before rollout.
